Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

Date: Tuesday, December 14
Time: 11:30
Location: Building Blocks Preschool (most likely resource room/ library)

Menu
Chicken and Ham Casserole: Donia Simmons

Please add the food item you plan to bring along with your name next to each category.
Please be specific!

Decorations (something simple, perhaps a floral centerpiece or something holiday related)

Please sign up to physically help with the event (if possible)
Those volunteering for set up should plan on being there by around 10:45 or so

Relief crew (these folks will relieve teachers in each classroom so that they can take some time to enjoy lunch with other staff members)

Clean up (these folks will probably need to plan on being here at around 12:30 or so to clean dishes as well as the areas used for the luncheon)

By all means, feel free to share ideas to make this event a success. We are simply servants in this process and are happy to hear feedback or ideas on how to make this run smoothly.

  1. Put me down for set up and clean up too! I'll just wait till everyone else signs up and will bring whatever food items we lack.
    Thanks for getting this set up--so sorry I dropped the ball. I'll work on getting a sheet to pass out at their next day of schoolin December to see if we can recruit a little more help.

  4. I will bring Pasta salad and a gallon of sweet tea. I can also help with relief crew and clean up but I will have my 2 yr old daughter with me. Thanks for organizing this.
